MySapPortal is the biggest digital platform created by Consensus for SAP Business One users. MySAPPortal is a web based, interactive service for customers to share documents or reports with their customers, vendors and employees.

Any Consensus customer with an active maintenance contract.
What is the cost?
MySAPPortal is a free service. Charges of Consultancy will derive
from the portal to create or re-create Crystal Reports if needed.
MySAPPortal is a web based interactive service created by Consensus for Customers with an active Maintenance Agreement in place. It allows Customers to push reports and documents from their SAP system into the Portal, from where their Business Ecosystem (previously authorized by them) can access them in a Real-Time and Self-Service manner.
Our Customers will be able to fully customize the portal with their business logo and banner, and they will be able to define their User Groups and accessibility to their business information. Customers will also be able include a link to their MySAPPortal in their own webpage.
Our customers safety data is guaranteed as the Portal is not directly connected to their business Database.
Information uploaded to the portal needs to be Queries or Crystal Reports, NOT System Reports. We will offer all our Customers two reports: Customer Account Statement and Vendor Account Statement, free of charge.
Our goal is to give our customers a competitive advantage in their own space as they increase transparency, immediacy and efficiency in their relationship with their costumers, providers or employees.
Customers can enter the portal and retrieve their Account Statement directly, without having to call or send an email asking for it.
Providers can check the Purchase Analysis Report in our Customer Portal, instead of having to run their own report.
Sales employees can access several reports regarding a customer before a visit or review them on his mobile during the visit without the need of a PC.
No additional license required. The only requirement is to have an ACTIVE Maintenance Agreement with Consensus.
Database security guaranteed. The portal is not hosted on the same SAP Business One Server.
User administration is done by the portal’s administrator, not Consensus.
There will be a community for our customers to share their Crystal Reports.
It works on ALL SAP Business One versions (from 8.8 until 9.3, MS SQL or HANA)
A link can be created on the customer’s webpage, and it can be customized as administrator sees fit.
